RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES

1. Right to Return:
Consumers have the right to return products for a refund within 30 Days regardless of the reason (including change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product). See #3 for conditions of items eligible for Return.

2. Return Authorization:
  - Consumers must contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization within 7 days of receiving their order. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items:
All returned items must be in new Condition

This includes:

  • Original and Unopened packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Items that show signs of use or wear will not be eligible for a refund but, may be eligible for comfort exchange (see Comfort Exchange Policy)


4. Return Shipping:
Consumers will be responsible for a $100 to $200 Delivery or Pickup Charge if applicable.

5. Restocking Fee: Please note that delivery/service charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to Returned orders, which can be applied to the purchase of new orders with 30 days of purchase.

6. Exclusions:
Returns will not be accepted for items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Specifically, items returned without prior authorization, after the 7-day authorization period, or in a condition that does not comply with our requirements will be declined. (See #3 for Criteria)

CANCELLATIONS

You may always cancel your order prior to receipt of goods. For delivery, please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day.

Delivery Options

Christian’s Mattress Xpress offers convenient and affordable delivery options for customers within our local service area.

All delivery services are subject to product availability, delivery schedule availability, and access conditions at the delivery location.

Curbside Delivery – $50

In-home mattress delivery and setup is available for $50 within our local delivery area and includes:

  • Placement of the mattress at front door, back door, or in Garage. 
  • 30 Minute courtesy call prior to delivery in set time window. 
  • Old mattress recycling on a one-for-one basis (must be at door or in garage)

Mattress & Adjustable Base Delivery and Setup – $100

Delivery and in-home setup of a mattress and adjustable base is available for $100 within our local delivery area and includes:

  • Assembly and placement
  • Removal of one mattress on a one-for-one basis
  • 30 Minute courtesy call prior to delivery in set time window.

Full service delivery allows customers to select a preferred delivery date and available time window at checkout.  ?

Xpress Same Day Delivery

Xpress Same Day Delivery is available on all in-stock mattresses within our local delivery area. Prior to 12pm the same day of purchase. Some restrictions apply, see store for details. 

Local Delivery Area

Christian’s Mattress Xpress delivers within a local service area surrounding our store locations. Delivery availability and pricing are determined by ZIP code at checkout.

Out of Town Delivery Areas

Delivery outside of our standard local delivery area may be available for an additional fee.
Extended-area delivery charges will be calculated automatically based on your delivery address.

Delivery Preparation

An adult (18 years of age or older) must be present to receive and sign for all deliveries, including threshold deliveries.

Please ensure:

  • Pets are secured
  • Pathways are clear and safe
  • Hallways, doorways, and stairways are free of obstructions

If the delivery path is not safe or accessible, delivery may be refused.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the delivery team will wait up to 15 minutes and then proceed to the next stop.

You must contact the store to reschedule your delivery. All rescheduled deliveries are subject to a $50 delivery fee.

Old Mattress Removal

Old mattress removal is available on a one-for-one basis and only when a new mattress is delivered.

Mattresses that are in unsafe/unsanitary conditions may be refused at time of removal.

Items must be accessible at the time of delivery.
We do not move or rearrange existing furniture.

Removal of other furniture, adjustable bases, or sofas is limited to items purchased from Christian’s Mattress Xpress and delivered at the same time.

Balance Due

All orders must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.
Christian’s Mattress Xpress cannot deliver merchandise with any outstanding balance.

Special Orders

Special orders require a minimum 20% deposit at the time of purchase.

Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Estimated arrival dates are provided at the time of sale and are not guaranteed.
Christian’s Mattress Xpress is not responsible for factory or transportation delays.

Layaway Program

Layaways require a ⅓ down  deposit.

⅓  in 30 days and balance paid and delivered/picked up within day 60.

“As-Is,” treated, and floor model merchandise are not eligible for layaway.

100-Night Price Guarantee

Christian’s Mattress Xpress will beat any local competitor’s advertised price by 10% on qualifying mattresses from authorized local stocking dealers.

The price guarantee applies within 100 days of delivery and applies only to new merchandise.
MAP-restricted products are excluded.

Proof of local competitor advertisement is required.

100-Night Comfort Guarantee 

Purchase a mattress protector at the time of your mattress purchase from a local Christian’s Mattress Xpress. Use our in-house delivery service. We will deliver your mattress and set it up in your home. Your 100 Night Comfort Guarantee begins at time of delivery. Sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 45 nights. If you are unhappy about the comfort of your mattress, you have until 100 days of your purchase or day of delivery to exchange your mattress.

For the exchange, you will receive a credit for the amount charged on your invoice for the mattress. That credit will be applied to your new mattress and you will be responsible for the difference in price should you select a product with a higher price. We do not refund any money if you switch to a mattress with a lower price. $100 re-delivery fee will be applied at time of re-selection.

Offer valid 100 nights from purchase date 100 Night Comfort Guarantee applies to non close-out mattresses purchased directly from Christian’s Mattress Xpress. Closeout mattresses, power bases (all models), foundations, bed frames, pillows, cushions, linens, and accessories do not qualify. The 100 Night Comfort offer is only valid for first-time purchases. All comfort exchanges are subject to our drivers’ inspections at the time of the exchange.Any odors (smoke, pets, food, etc.) soiling, or damage will void a comfort exchange.

Return shipping fees may apply if you took advantage of a free shipping offer.

Mattress Care & Warranty Requirements

Always use a mattress protector.
Any stain voids both the manufacturer warranty and the comfort guarantee.

Do not remove the law label.

Queen and king mattresses require a bed frame with rigid center support. Improper support may void your warranty.

Body impressions/signatures are normal and are not considered a defect.

Rotate your mattress every two weeks for the first three months and monthly thereafter.

Mattress Recycling Fee

In compliance with California law, a recycling fee is added to each mattress and foundation purchase.

This fee supports the California Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Program.
